Sometimes we just have to make a decision.
It doesn’t have to be the right one – doesn’t matter if it ends up being the wrong one. We just need to make a decision to do something.
The only way we get anywhere is to keep moving forwards. That only happens by deciding to take actions.
You can read all the motivational books and speeches in the world, but it ultimately comes down to you. Your state of mind comes down to a decision.
Are you in?
Are you committed?
Are you going to do this?
We can easily be excited about something. We can easily let ourselves be hyped up by someone else. But that excitement will fade. It cannot last. The only way you will keep going when the thrill has gone and the motivation is lacking and the distractions are calling, is by the decision you make to yourself.
Am I going to do this?
Because I’m telling you, you can do anything. You’ll be surprised at what you can give up or manage without if you really decide to. At the capacity you have to take on more. You just have to make the decision.
So I can keep on talking. But it’s you who needs to make the commitment to yourself. To what matters to you and your life. To take a stand and then hold onto it. Hold yourself to it.
There’s really only one question.
What’s the decision going to be?
