March Round Up

I’m currently experiencing a rather bizarre association with time lately. At random points, everything will feel like it’s moving too fast and my breathing will hitch and my stomach will get tight and I’ll feel so behind in life it’s like I’ll never be able to catch up, and in the next exhale I’ll be completely chilled that everything’s happening how it’s supposed to and time doesn’t mean anything so we have as much of it as we need. All in about a blink and a breath.

I’m definitely working on being more chilled with life and less strict on the “should’s” I appear to have imposed upon myself. A previous me would probably have been quite freaked out that the end of March signals we’re a quarter of the way through the year, and what’s been done? (To be fair, we haven’t really been allowed out to do anything in the UK yet…)

But you know what? Life is only this moment. And as long as you’re enjoying that, the next moment will take as long as it takes to get here.

Stuff I found in March worth recommending:

“Aim for the sky, but move slowly, enjoying every step along the way. It is all those little steps that make the journey complete.” – Chanda Kochhar
